Replace the existing fences

I have a small garden and side return. I would like to replace the existing fences & put in a garden door as a street entrance.
I need the old decking in the garden (currently no decking in the side return) taken up and i'd like to have paving put in instead. There would need to be damp management executed in any work done as i'm the ground floor flat.
