New house EICR

We are buying a new house and the EICR came back as Unsatisfactory, below is a summary of the faults. We are expecting to be in the house end of August so would like the work done pre end of Sept ideally. At this point we are looking for quotes/ bit more info and keen to have a female electrician as a fully female household! The most important items are the lack of RCD protection to the downstairs socket circuit, the presence of older rubber insulated cable still in service, and the garage circuit being protected by an incorrectly rated breaker. • Consumer unit upgrade (recommended to resolve RCD protection issues and bring the installation closer to current standards) • Investigation and rectification of the upstairs lighting circuit fault • Correction of the garage circuit protective device • Removal/replacement of the rubber cable and associated wiring alterations • General improvements to cable management, junction boxes and consumer unit entries
