I have a complicated tilt and turn window in my home that has broken. It originally wouldn’t lock, so me and my partner moved one of the catches on the frame, but now it won’t unlock… it’s likely that the tilt and turn mechanism needs replacing or repairing. I would recommend anyone wanting to take this job on has some prior knowledge of this type of window.
