Bathroom grab rail and bracket removal

Bathroom grab rail and bracket removal (seized screws- special extraction may be required).

I need a tradeswoman to remove 2 grabrails in my bathroom and ideally two brackets.

The screws holding the rails and brackets into the wall appear to be seized or stripped, some are rusted , one of the screw heads has crumbled off completely and they are all very stuck. Trying to remove this myself hasnt worked and a friend suggested the rails may need cutting off. It is likely that screw extractors, a high speed drill or oscillating cutting tool or other cutting tool will be needed. One rail is against a normal wall and the other rail and two brackets (that originally held up a blind) are against bathroom tiles.

I am able to sort out any damage to the wall and the priority is getting the items off the wall because I really don't want them there. I do not require repairs just removal

Thanks
