A large two story double garage conversion

Hi, we have an outbuilding which is about the size of a large two story double garage which was formerly a stable. The bare bones are there and we’d like to turn it into a spare bedroom, living room, office and shower room.

We would also like to link through from our kitchen to the outbuilding creating a utility room, there is already a stand alone utility room, so this would essentially be rebuilt and linked through.

We have planning permission approved and drawings.
